Description

Center the experience of members who feel left behind by technology, especially as online and hybrid meetings become part of regular AA life. Uses a group conscience about Zoom security to show how technical trusted servants need clear authority, defined responsibilities, and guidance from the group they serve. The presentation connects accessibility, newcomer welcome, aging, hearing and vision needs, and plain-language support with the spiritual goal of helping every member feel part of AA.
