Description
Introduce the TIAA Forum 2023 update as a look at how a year-round online community helps AA members solve common technology problems together. Covers the forum’s purpose, hot topics, member categories, sign-up process, shared resources, and examples such as hotline tools, archives, websites, and technical support. The presentation frames the forum as a practical repository of experience that complements in-person workshop learning and helps trusted servants find answers throughout the year.
