Build a web-based meeting-management workflow for AA service websites when meeting information changes too quickly for printed schedules to keep up. Describes a local tool using Python, SQLite, and a graphic interface to store meeting data, classify meeting status, generate HTML for WordPress pages, and support live, online, hybrid, and inactive meeting listings during rapid pandemic-era changes.
