Use AA service participation data, communication tools, and process improvements to help more GSRs attend assemblies, understand their role, report back effectively, and stay connected to the wider service structure. Challenges the idea that low participation is inevitable, then connects Concepts One and Two, registration workflows, welcome emails, DCM views, monthly updates, consensus-style practices, stack-taking, clarifying questions, hand signals, and more inclusive decision-making to a practical inventory of how service bodies can better invite, support, and retain trusted servants.
