Review GSO technology services across internal operations, fellowship communications, digital products, and infrastructure. The update covers work on the ERP platform, a replacement contributions site, intellectual-property and copyright systems, network and cloud improvements, cybersecurity, websites, newsletters, analytics, audio and video production, and fellowship email communications. It also outlines the transition and future development of the Everything AA app, including infrastructure migration, stabilization, content planning, and accessibility considerations. Questions from participants highlight the boundaries between staff responsibilities, board or Conference governance, app strategy, meeting data, and the ongoing need to make digital services reliable and accessible.
