Transform an AA digital newsletter from a costly monthly print process into a web-based publication designed around accessibility, bilingual support, anonymity, and ease of use. The presentation traces the value of building and testing a working prototype before seeking approval, incorporating skeptical user feedback, and preserving useful qualities of print through a stable monthly homepage and scannable story layout. Interactive features such as a flyer wall and events map expand engagement, while a shared editorial structure and custom WordPress tools reduce annual operating costs and distribute the work across more trusted servants.
