Description
Organize AA digital archives so years of workshop presentations, recordings, slides, handouts, programs, and supporting materials can be found and reused instead of remaining scattered across separate platforms. The presentation explains how a content inventory informed a website redesign built around posts, categories, tags, metadata, reconstructed workshop programs, and consistent pages for presentations and workshop years. Accessibility is addressed not only through semantic structure and clearer navigation, but also through discoverability and documented workflows that make the archive maintainable after rotation. The project also raises future questions about professional outreach, cross-organization collaboration, app access, document control, anonymity, and responsible preservation.
