Improve communication through an AA General Service App that gives trusted servants a streamlined way to find announcements, business items, events, and stable service resources from their mobile devices. The presentation explains how district and Area administrators can prioritize content, link documents, and maintain locally relevant information while using a shared technical framework. It also examines the service questions that accompany broader adoption, including authority, responsibility, scalability, app-store availability, and the Conference process for determining how a locally developed tool might expand beyond its current use. The app’s open-source code offers potential alternative paths for other districts.
