Description

Build a hybrid AA workshop around resilient technical infrastructure, clear team roles, and detailed event-flow documentation. The presentation walks through audio mixing, microphones, amplification, cameras, projection, Zoom monitoring, interpretation support, wired and wireless networking, backup equipment, and the adaptations required when cameras or hotel Wi-Fi fail. A distributed volunteer structure assigns host, projection, audio, security, help, online-support, and podium responsibilities so problems can be isolated without stopping the event. The team’s experience shows how training, redundancy, written procedures, communication, and willingness to adjust in real time can turn increasingly complex hybrid production into sustainable service.
