Description

Use AI tools for AA service by matching the tool and model to the task, providing richer context, and treating every output as a draft that still requires human judgment. The presentation demonstrates voice-first prompting, writing-voice principles, account and project instructions, curated reference material, research, summarization, analysis, brainstorming, and design support. It also separates anonymity, data privacy, and security as distinct stewardship concerns, with practical cautions around sensitive information, connectors, personal and service accounts, and hallucinated facts. The central approach is to let AI reduce administrative friction without replacing authentic voice, source checking, or group-conscience responsibility.
